At NWOW, safety is always part of the journey and our top priority. Our electric vehicles are equipped with reliable brakes designed to match different vehicle types and driving needs. Most NWOW vehicles use three main types of brakes: Brake Levers, Parking Brakes, and Foot brakes. Each one plays an important role in keeping every ride safe, smooth, and under control.
The Three Types of Brakes in NWOW Vehicles
1. Brake Lever
• Brake levers are commonly found in NWOW 2-wheeler and 3-wheeler models.
• These brakes are located on the handlebars or near the throttle and are easy to reach while driving.
Why It Matters
Brake levers allow drivers to stop quickly and conveniently, especially in traffic or sudden situations. With just a squeeze, drivers can control speed and stop safely without losing balance.
2. Foot Brake
• Foot brakes are installed on some NWOW 3-wheeler units and are standard on NWOW 4-wheeler models.
• They are usually positioned on the left side of the vehicle for better driver control.
Why It Matters
Foot brakes help drivers stop more responsively, especially when carrying passengers or cargo. Since the foot applies stronger pressure, this brake provides added stopping power when it’s needed most.
3. Parking Brake
Parking brakes are available on selected NWOW 3-wheeler models and are default or standard on all 4-wheeler models.
Why it matters:
This brake is a safety lock for your vehicle. It keeps the unit secure when parked or not in use, helping prevent unwanted movement, especially on slopes or uneven roads.
Why Brakes Are Important
Brakes are one of the most important safety parts of any vehicle. They help:
• Prevent accidents
• Give drivers better control
• Protect passengers and cargo
• Ensure safe parking and storage
At NWOW, every brake is designed to support safe, smart, and confident driving, whether for daily errands, work, or family travel. Understanding how these brakes work helps drivers use their vehicles better and enjoy every journey with peace of mind.
