The city of Calamba held the CalamBagong Buhayanin 2026 Grand float parade in June, which made it a fun month. As this festival pays tribute to our national hero, Dr Jose Rizal.
The event begins on June 12 to commemorate the 125th anniversary of Philippine Independence Day and will conclude on June 28 with the Run for the Rivers event. This month-long celebration features a variety of activities, including street dancing, job fairs, and a grand float parade.
The grand float parade is a highlight of the festival, showcasing the creativity and vibrant colors of the floats. This parade reflects the culture and heritage of Calamba, featuring floats from local government offices, communities, NGOs, and private companies.
NWOW is proud to participate for the third time this year in the grand float, showcasing the beauty and culture of Calamba while promoting a unique, innovative, and sustainable electric vehicle. The organization aims to empower individuals and communities to make smarter transportation choices that benefit our environment.
As NWOW takes part in the 165th CalamBagong Buhayanin, it continues to support local communities and celebrate Filipino culture and heritage.
