June is indeed a special month packed with meaningful celebrations about heritage, family, identity, and equality. One of the biggest highlights this June is the CalamBagong Buhayani Festival 2025 in Calamba City, a grand tribute to the birthplace of the Philippines’ national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal.

The month-long celebration kicked off on June 3 with "A Festival of Talent and Tradition", showcasing the talents and traditions that make Calamba truly unique. With the theme "Angat ang Lahing Calambeño, Dangal ng Bayan, Alay sa Mundo," this year’s festival honors the strength, pride, and vibrant tapestry of the Calambeño people.

A mix of traditional and electrifying new events fill the month, from the long-standing Talinong Rizal Quiz Contest, Hawig Rizal, and the Sayaw-Indak Street Dance Competition, to this year’s newest crowd-favorite, Ginoo at Binibining Calamba 2025. Opportunities and moments also opened up through the Buhayani Job Fair, further empowering and gearing the community.

At the heart of it all is the Grand Float Parade, the centerpiece and major event that brings together colorful, sparkling, and creative floats from government offices, private companies, NGOs, community groups, and other sectors. Each float features a story of unity, pride, and Calamba’s rich culture.

NWOW is proud to join the Grand Float Parade for the second time, bringing to life a float that highlights the beauty and heritage of Calamba while showcasing our sleek, innovative, and eco-friendly electric vehicles. Our participation is not just about mobility, it’s a celebration and a bridge towards innovation, culture, and community pride.

As we enjoy the exhilarating parade route, NWOW continues to support events that celebrate Filipino identity and the heroic spirit of our people.
