Welcome to NWOW Philippines –Worldwide Popular Electric Vehicles Brand
Before you enjoy a convenient and safe ride on your NWOW electric vehicle, there’s one important step you should never overlook: checking the brakes. Just like wearing a helmet or checking your battery, testing your brakes is a simple yet crucial part of your daily routine. It only takes a few minutes or a moment, but it can protect you from unexpected dangers on the road.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to check your brakes before riding:
Method 1: Ride and Brake Test
1. Get on your bike and start riding slowly.
2. Use the throttle to drive forward for a few meters.
3. Apply the brakes.
4. Repeat this 3 times to ensure both front and rear brakes respond properly.
5. If your bike stops smoothly each time, your brakes are in good condition.
Method 2: Brake Pressure Check
1. Squeeze both brake levers (left and right) firmly.
2. If the levers feel tight and do not reach the handlebars, your brakes are working well.
3. But if the levers go all the way to the handlebars, it means your brake system needs a check-up.
4. In that case, visit or call the nearest NWOW Authorized Dealer right away.
